From your first message to the day you leave, here’s what to expect.

01Inquire & Connect

Share the trip you have in mind, then join a complimentary, no-strings call to talk through how you like to travel and what you want this trip to feel like. We'll answer your questions and settle on the services that fit. When you're ready to move forward, planning fees secure your spot and Elora begins planning.

02Proposal

Elora puts together a day-by-day proposal showing how your trip will flow: where you stay, what you experience, and how you get from place to place. It's a clear picture to react to, so there's little for you to do but tell us what you think.

03Refine Together

We go through it together and fine-tune it until it feels exactly right. Two rounds of revisions are included, and nothing is booked until you're happy with it.

04Book & Build

Once you approve, Elora confirms your bookings and payment is processed. Then you can sit back while your itinerary comes together in one beautifully organized place.

05Delivered

Your complete itinerary arrives before you travel, with everything you need in one place. If you'd like a walkthrough call, we're happy to do one.
